Great place. Helpful, polite, ...

Great place. Helpful, polite, accommodating. The room was very comfortable and the fixtures/fitting were all of a very high standard. Great midtown location for everything there is to see/do in New York City. A slight mix up with the private car hired to take me back to JFK resulted in my paying twice. But that was immediately rectified once I noticed it on my bank statement. Personally, I found that room 200 lacks sufficient lighting. Jazmine on reception was especially polite and helpful. Lantern's Keep is a brilliant location to get away from the lights of the city. I will be back

I can't say enough ...

I can't say enough about the amazing staff at The Iroquois Hotel. Everyone was so friendly, and accommodating! The rooms were very clean and quiet, and it's only a couple blocks from Times Square. I would definitely return to the Iroquois next time I'm in NYC. Thank you for an amazing experience! Five stars
