  • Are pets allowed at The Iroquois?

    Dogs under 40lbs are permitted. One time cleaning of $150 per pet.

  • What is hotel’s early arrival/late departure policy?

    For early arrivals prior to 10AM, please secure the night before to guarantee.

    For 10AM check-in guarantee:  $59 plus tax ; fee is subject to change. Third party reservations must request directly with hotel.

    For 6PM late check-out guarantee:  $59 plus tax ; fee is subject to change. Third party reservations must request directly with hotel.

    For late check-out after 6PM, please secure additional night to guarantee.


  • Is there a fitness center at The Iroquois NY?

    Yes, the hotel offers a full-service fitness center, accessible 24 hours a day, with cardio machines and strength training equipment. Guests can also arrange for private training or yoga lessons by contacting the front desk.
  • Does the hotel have a spa?

    While there is no on-site spa at The Iroquois, guests can arrange for in-room spa services including massages and facials. Guests can also take advantage of our Finnish sauna, located within the fitness center. 
    *Sauna is temporarily closed as per CDC health and safety guidelines.
  • Does the hotel have Wi-Fi? How much does it cost?

    Guests of The Iroquois enjoy complimentary premium Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel as well as in rooms. 


  • Does the hotel have any smoking rooms?

    Sorry, smoking is not allowed in any of our accommodations or anywhere on The Iroquois property. 
  • Can your hotel rooms accommodate rollaway beds and/or cribs?

    Pack-and-play cribs are available upon request at no additional charge to accommodate small children and infants staying at The Iroquois, however rollaway beds are not available. 
  • Are there any connecting rooms available?

    Yes, we have king- and queen-bedded hotel rooms that can connect to our executive suites, based on availability. Please request adjoining accommodations at the time of reservation, but be aware that requests are not guaranteed. 
  • Does The Iroquois NY have ADA rooms?

    Yes, all of our accommodations, including suites, are available with accessibility features upon request. Please let us know of any special needs that require accommodation. 


  • How do I get to The Iroquois NY by public transit?

    The Iroquois NY in Midtown Manhattan is easily accessible via taxi or public transportation. We're located two short blocks from the Bryant Park 42nd Street subway station (B / D / F / M lines) and five minutes from Grand Central Terminal (4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / S subway lines and Metro-North Railroad). 
  • Does the hotel offer shuttle service from the airport?

    The Iroquois does not offer shuttle service, however NYC-area airports, including JFK International Airport, LaGuardia Airport (LGA), and Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), are located within an hour of the hotel, with taxis and mass transit available. For your convenience, airport transfers can be arranged by our concierge.
  • Do I need a car to get around Manhattan?

    Not at all! New York is one of the best cities to explore by foot, and our hotel is close to many trains and buses to get you around Manhattan. The Iroquois even offers free walking tours of Midtown, with additional complimentary tours of other NYC neighborhoods available at our sister hotels.
