Check-in at The Iroquois is at 3 PM with check-out time at 12 PM. For those arriving before 3 PM, please check with the front desk to see if your room is available earlier.

How can I get a copy of my receipt?

What are the Covid19 protocols followed at The Iroquois?

Getting a CoVid PCR test in NYC is readily available and, in many cases, FREE! Within walking distance to the hotel, you will find multiple Testing Centers and pop up testing sites. The Bar at Lantern's Keep is open from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm from Tuesday to Saturday and from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Mondays. It is closed on Sundays. The In-room dining hours are 5:00 pm to 9:30 pm from Monday to Friday.

Smoking is not allowed in any of our accommodations or anywhere on The Iroquois property.

Does The Iroquois provide rollaway beds?

Pack-and-play cribs are available upon request at no additional charge to accommodate small children and infants staying at The Iroquois, however rollaway beds are not available.

Are there connecting rooms at The Iroquois?

We have king- and queen-bedded hotel rooms that can connect to our Executive Suites, look for Iroquois Two-bedroom Suites, Executive Two-bedroom or Executive Three-bedroom Suites. These room types are only available when booking directly.

The Iroquois does not offer shuttle service, however NYC-area airports, including JFK International Airport, LaGuardia Airport (LGA), and Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), are located within an hour of the hotel, with taxis and mass transit available.
