Cancellation policies may vary from 24 hours prior to arrival by 3:00 PM EST to fully non-refundable. Please check your reservation confirmation to verify the cancellation policy for your reservation. If you have booked your reservation via an on-line travel agent, please reach out to the original source to confirm cancellation policy. No show and late cancellations are subject to 1st night room and tax charge. This policy does not apply to non-refundable reservations. To follow up on your cancellation request and to inquire about the cancellation policy, please submit a request to iroquois@triumphhotels.com.

Dogs under 40lbs are permitted (one per room). One time cleaning of $159 per pet. Dogs must be accompanied at all times.

Iroquois Hotel applies a nightly $36 facility fee (plus tax), which provides our guests with exclusive amenities and services. Facility fee is subject to change. The fee includes:

Check-in at The Iroquois New York begins at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is at 12:00 p.m., unless booked directly through the hotel, in which case late check-out at 1 pm is provided as a book direct benefit. Our Lobby Bar offers a curated list of local wine and beer, premium spirits, and a walk-in dining menu. da Toscano is a full-service dining option with a casual and hospitable approach featuring a culmination of the chef's interpretations of regional Italian cuisine with a modern approach and upscale atmosphere.

The Bar at Lantern's Keep is open daily 2 PM - 11 PM. In-room dining hours are daily from 2 PM - 10:30 PM.

Smoking is not allowed in any of our accommodations or anywhere on The Iroquois property.

Pack-and-play cribs are available upon request at no additional charge to accommodate small children and infants staying at The Iroquois, however rollaway beds are not available.

We have king- and queen-bedded hotel rooms that can connect to our Executive Suites, look for Iroquois Two-bedroom Suites, Executive Two-bedroom or Executive Three-bedroom Suites. These room types are only available when booking directly.

The Iroquois NY in Midtown Manhattan is easily accessible via taxi or public transportation. We're located two short blocks from the Bryant Park 42nd Street subway station (B / D / F / M lines) and five minutes from Grand Central Terminal (4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / S subway lines and Metro-North Railroad).

The Iroquois does not offer shuttle service, however NYC-area airports, including JFK International Airport, LaGuardia Airport (LGA), and Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), are located within an hour of the hotel, with taxis and mass transit available. For your convenience, airport transfers can be arranged by our concierge.

New York is one of the best cities to explore by foot, and our hotel is close to many trains and buses to get you around Manhattan.
