Good location but very ...

Good location but very cold rooms, unreally cold. Unstable internet. only one working elevator of two on 12 floors busy hotel, full of people, waiting for it took for 5-7 minutes waiting. Friendly stuff. Small bathroom.

The location is great. ...

The location is great. The value for money is fair and good for Manhattan. For this time period and the current Covid situation, it was an ok choice. We informed the concierge when we arrived that we wanted to pay cash during the checkout. The concierge said that is not a problem and he is keeping the card blocked with the deposit amount of 300 USD$ only. On the last day when we proceeded to check out, we learned that ALL the amount of the 4 nights were deducted from the credit card. The reimbursement takes now 14 days to get back to our credit card. It is essential that a hotel is not making mistakes with such a request and this caused us a lot of issues and problems. The pickup breakfast was horrible and has no value for money, in addition when you order granola in the bag there is no spoon to eat it. The coffee is cold. The rooms are tiny and it is not cleaned properly
