One Of The Best Luxury Hotels In New York City

The hotel was elegant, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, and the hotel is conveniently located, so you’ll have everything you need nearby. The breakfast selection was not particularly varied, but everything served was of good quality.

What a great experience at the Iroquois! I went there as part of a travel group, and then booked a few additional nights there. All of the staff members with whom I interacted…front desk people, restaurant employees, housekeeping staff, and managers…were wonderful; professional, helpful, and kind. And the location can’t be beat, whether walking to Broadway theaters, north towards Central Park, or to subway access at Times Square and subway and train access at Grand Central Station, it’s all an easy walk. I hope to stay there again.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Iroquois Hotel NYC, and a huge part of what made it special was the incredible hospitality from the team. A special shoutout to Paulisha, who was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcomed. We had arrived quite early, and she went above and beyond to accommodate us by getting our room ready immediately — such a thoughtful gesture after travelling. She was so warm, bubbly, and cheerful that we instantly felt at home. Her energy really set the tone for our entire stay. We also had the pleasure of meeting Anthony at checkout, who was equally professional, warm, and courteous. It was lovely to end our stay on such a positive note. It’s the people who can turn a good hotel stay into a truly memorable one, and Paulisha and Anthony did exactly that for us. ❤️ Thank you to the entire Iroquois team for making our NYC trip even more enjoyable. We’d absolutely love to stay here again!
