One Of The Best Luxury Hotels In New York City

Recently had the pleasure of staying at the Iroquois in Manhattan with SLH when travelling home from a recent trip abroad. I'm going out of my way to make this review because everything from the booking process to our time onsite was a truly luxe experience. Worth writing home about! Location: Not only is it an fantastic location for a tourism visit with lots within an easy walking distance or subway ride (Empire State building, Bryant Park, Hamlet the Cat @ Algonquin, Times Square, Broadway, Penn & Grand Central Stations, Port Authority, and even more by train), but it's also excellent for business trips to offices in Murray Hill or any other midtown office area. Really, you could walk from the hotel to most popular midtown-Manhattan sites within 5 to 10 minutes with little to no inclines to deal with, roughly a quarter mile or so depending on your destination. Onsite: We were warmly welcomed from the moment we stepped inside & the Iroquois immediately made the list as one of my favorite hotels I've stayed at in the city!! Despite arriving quite late in the evening, the front office team was eager and ready to get us settled, making sure to mention our SLH booking and thank us for joining them with a delicious comp breakfast the following morning. On the day of departure, your incredible bellman even suggested a great coffee shop to take my mid-day call in and took care of my bags in the interim (I didn't even have to ask, he just saw me and knew lol). The room was clean, comfortable & beautiful- very NYC-chic. My friend was enamored with the fire escape/balcony moment We also adored the classic aesthetic and vibe of the hotel, especially the historic elements. You get the feeling that many iconic figures have walked these halls! In summary: The real standout to us is the incredible team behind the magic. Iroquois' staff all went above the beyond, from the housekeepers chatting to us about where our families are from, to the mind-reading bell team, dedicated front office team, and phenomenal restaurant staff... Each person we spoke to took minutes out of their day to connect with us and truly made our stay special. THANK YOU!

Nice stay overall. Yes breakfast options are limited but the space is quite nice and we started all our mornings feeling great. We had issues with our room but they were nice to accommodate us. Unfortunately the second rooms’s shower didn’t work properly and the pressure was extremely low which made showering in difficult (which is needed in August) but we thought there may not be better options. Overall I would recommend.

Our stay at the Iroquois hotel was just perfect. The staff were welcoming and very attentive from check in to check out. The location was perfect. Just steps away from Bryant Park ,Theater district and Times Square. Very conveniently located but yeah at night you don’t hear the city noise. The rooms were very comfortable and decorated lovely. The bed was just perfect for a great sleep. And to top it all off, the breakfast that was included was amazing as well. We will absolutely be back.
