One Of The Best Luxury Hotels In New York City

An absolutely gorgeous sumptuous hotel, but intolerably loud street noise. Too close to Times Square, and windows are 0% soundproof or weatherproof. With the windows closed, there was such a strong breeze we kept checking to see if the windows were open or broken. Street noise was so loud, we didn’t sleep the entire night. If the hotel wasn’t so gorgeous in every other way, this would’ve been a 1-star review. If the windows were properly sealed for weather and noise, it would’ve been a 5-star review. Very sad that I’ll never be able to set foot in this lovely hotel again. :(

Je pensais avoir choisi un ‘bon’ hôtel au regard des commentaires et du prix. J’ai été dans l’ensemble déçu. Points positifs: - Réceptionniste agréable et rapide - Bien situé proche de Time Square - Propre Points négatifs: - Ambiance austère - Chambres petites - ‘buffet’ petit-déjeuner décevant avec chaque ingrédient dans un emballage plastique individuel. Durabilité inexistante.
