One Of The Best Luxury Hotels In New York City

An absolutely gorgeous sumptuous hotel, but intolerably loud street noise. Too close to Times Square, and windows are 0% soundproof or weatherproof. With the windows closed, there was such a strong breeze we kept checking to see if the windows were open or broken. Street noise was so loud, we didn’t sleep the entire night. If the hotel wasn’t so gorgeous in every other way, this would’ve been a 1-star review. If the windows were properly sealed for weather and noise, it would’ve been a 5-star review. Very sad that I’ll never be able to set foot in this lovely hotel again. :(

Excellent location, at the heart of Manhattan. A short walking distance from Times Square. Close to public transportation. Staff very friendly. Rooms are small (typical for Manhattan), and very clean. Highly recommended.
