Disappointing breakfast. Don't fall for it. They say breakfast is included, but you can only choose one option from the menu with coffee or juice. The other options are extra. We asked for a room with two beds, they offered a queen bed. We agreed, but it was a small double bed. Besides that, the room was a single occupancy room. The staff is friendly and the location is good. At least there's that

An absolutely gorgeous sumptuous ...

An absolutely gorgeous sumptuous hotel, but intolerably loud street noise. Too close to Times Square, and windows are 0% soundproof or weatherproof. With the windows closed, there was such a strong breeze we kept checking to see if the windows were open or broken. Street noise was so loud, we didn’t sleep the entire night. If the hotel wasn’t so gorgeous in every other way, this would’ve been a 1-star review. If the windows were properly sealed for weather and noise, it would’ve been a 5-star review. Very sad that I’ll never be able to set foot in this lovely hotel again. :(
