One Of The Best Luxury Hotels In New York City

This was the second year in a row I've used the Iroquois to host our company event during a major industry meeting and I don't think I'll ever stray away from this space. The hotel itself is gorgeous and in an excellent location. The lobby provides the perfect amount of meeting space and the conference room is a good size too. But mainly, I return because of the staff. Xochitl and Drew who help coordinate the events are truly an incredible team. They're so on top of everything and extremely accommodating. But also Anna (front desk) and Carlos (bellman), who I've had the pleasure of getting to know the last two events, are wonderful. They're so kind and excellent at their jobs. Customer service is A++ and my team always raves about how much they love the hotel. The good news is they're in the middle of renovations to build out a bigger restaurant space that will absolutely make this hotel a must-use for events and even just your stay. It's walking distance to any and every theater show you could want and Bryant Park. I'll continue to use the Iroquois as long as they'll have me!

My daughter and I had a fabulous stay at the Iroquois hotel Mother’s Day weekend! The warmth & hospitality were outstanding! The entire staff was wonderful with Jay & Ben going above & beyond. It’s been about a decade since I stayed here when traveling on business or when my husband and I did weekend getaways. Our room was lovely and a quiet respite from the city’s hustle bustle. The location is perfect. Whether you are seeing a Broadway show, stopping by Saint Patrick’s Cathedral, or going to MOMA. I love the vibe and quiet elegance of this gem in Midtown Manhattan. Many thanks to Jay, Ben and the exceptional staff for a memorable and joyous experience.
