One Of The Best Luxury Hotels In New York City

I have only positive thing to say about our stay for a weekend get away to NY City. This hotel is right in a heart of the action, so close to Times Square and Broadway district. Our room was quite spacious, meticulously clean and fresh, with comfortable bedding and signature robes. The staff is amazing, both Anthony and Anna are pleasant, polished and polite, service was quick and we were able to check-in two hours earlier than supposed to. The hotel is partially under renovation, but you can hardly notice it and they are partnering with the next door French-American cousin restaurant and our lunch for two was delicious and reasonably priced.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Iroquois in New York City. It has the feel of a boutique hotel. JJ, the doorman and bellman is so friendly, accommodating and helpful. He brightened our day. Vanessa, the concierge gave us clear instructions on getting to our destinations and we were given her phone number in the event we got lost. She is great. The people at the front desk were always welcoming and friendly. We were right in the midst of Times Square and our room was so quiet in the evening and extremely comfortable. We had a fantastic stay. We are looking forward to coming back.

Jay, Carlos, Benjamin, the entire team make you feel so welcome. Clean and quiet room just off Times Square. This hotel is a gem. This is my favorite place to stay in NYC for the atmosphere, location, and 5-star service.
