One Of The Best Luxury Hotels In New York City

Anthony & Emilio are the best hotel crew I’ve come across in all the travel I’ve done ! They were able to help & guide with any request and were always pleased to help. Definitively had a wonderful stay (8 nights) All the staff was very nice as well. The localisation is ideal, would recommend 10/10

I've stayed in other Triumph brand hotels before, but this was my first stay at The Iroquois. It will not be my last. The location near Bryant Park was perfect. While the room was what I expected in terms of size and appointment, I did appreciate the pinpoint reading lights and the robes. Breakfast being included was also appreciated. But it was the staff that was the real stand out, particularly Jay at the front desk. Charming, helpful and ever present (I overheard him state he had worked a double and then had to cover a shift the next morning), the hotel would be well served if Jay really could be there 24/7. He was kind, gracious, full of great suggestions and genuinely seemed interested in how his guests had spent their day.
