One Of The Best Luxury Hotels In New York City

The location of the hotel is simply very good. Near to the most important sights of New York and very good connection to the metro. The staff is very nice, polite and is available for all questions. The rooms are very clean and sufficiently equipped with towels. The housekeeping also works with care. Unfortunately, there is a need for improvement: breakfast & loud rooms. Unfortunately, there is only the possibility to choose between the following options every morning: 1. Burger with egg & cheese 2. Burger with bacon 3. Milk & Muesli 4. Yoghurt with muesli 5. Sweet pastries + 1 orange juice + All you can drink coffee + Tea The water was directly on the table for the first few days, after a few days you had to pick it up at the reception.

10/5. Our experience at this hotel was wonderful. Conveniently located near many attractions but still very quiet and away from the craziness. The customer service was great, the grab and go breakfast was delicious, and the cocktails were the best I have ever had. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to New York City.
