The location of the hotel is simply very good. Near to the most important sights of New York and very good connection to the metro. The staff is very nice, polite and is available for all questions. The rooms are very clean and sufficiently equipped with towels. The housekeeping also works with care. Unfortunately, there is a need for improvement: breakfast & loud rooms. Unfortunately, there is only the possibility to choose between the following options every morning: 1. Burger with egg & cheese 2. Burger with bacon 3. Milk & Muesli 4. Yoghurt with muesli 5.
