One Of The Best Luxury Hotels In New York City

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in July while we were visiting New York City and celebrating the World Cup. Hotel prices across the city were extremely high during that time, so it wasn't surprising that we ended up paying more than twice the hotel's usual rate. The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and a good size, especially by New York City standards. One thing to be aware of: the bottled water placed on the desk is not complimentary. If you drink it, you'll end up paying about three times what it costs. We booked a package that included breakfast, but we only used it on the first morning because the breakfast was very disappointing. It offered only very basic options (for example, plain scrambled eggs), and mine arrived undercooked. I asked the server to cook them a little longer, but they still weren't done properly. I ended up leaving my entire plate untouched. The restaurant itself is beautiful and has a great atmosphere, but unfortunately the food was not good. We heard from other guests that dinner is much better, but after our breakfast experience, we decided not to take the chance. Overall, I would recommend staying at this hotel. The location is fantastic, and there are plenty of excellent breakfast spots just a few blocks away.

Really nice hotel. Rooms are small, but clean. The hotel is an excellent location. Didn’t really have a lot of street noise which was a nice surprise. I would stay again for sure.
