Habitacions prou àmplies, netes i ben equipades.

Excellent stay In suite ...

Excellent stay In suite room. Friendly staff, very clean rooms, comfortable bed, nice mini bar, small but clean bath all at decent price of about $500 per night. We had a very peaceful night sleep as it was very quiet in the hotel even for a weekend. The bar at the rear of the lobby is a really nice and unique space. They offer handmade crafted cocktails and light fare with a side of witty banter from the bartenders. My only issue was that are sink's stopper in our bathroom was stuck in the down position and I informed the front desk who said it would be fixed right away. It wasn't until the following morning at around 9 a.m. rigjt before we left that maintenance showed up.

We stayed at the ...

We stayed at the Iroquois Hotel in one of the PH Suites shortly before Christmas. The reservation was under my husband’s name. Shortly after booking, he realized there was a Christmas package available that included festive touches such as a small tree. He called to see if the package could be added or the reservation adjusted for an additional cost, but was told by a staff member (a woman whose name began with a “T”) that nothing could be done. This was disappointing, especially since less than 24 hours later we were offered paid options for early check-in or late check-out. Given the cost of the stay—$3,200 USD for two nights—we had hoped for a bit more flexibility or effort to accommodate what felt like a small request the hotel already offers. Our arrival experience was a highlight. Anthony greeted us at check-in and was extremely welcoming, offering chocolate and bottled water for our younger children. The other male front desk staff were also friendly and professional. Ben, who works in the breakfast area, truly stood out as the most valuable employee during our stay. He greeted guests with genuine warmth and was incredibly helpful with sightseeing recommendations. He was kind, knowledgeable, and engaging, and our children especially enjoyed chatting with him about all the places they were excited to visit. The hotel lobby has a great vibe and smells wonderful. The room itself had a quintessential New York feel and was generally clean, though some small details were missed. We travel to Maine often and typically stay at The Lincoln Hotel, a Michelin Key property, where thoughtful touches—such as Santal 33 bath products and a signature room spray available for purchase as well as a cafe in the lobby—create a sense of understated luxury. Those kinds of small but memorable details are what we would expect at a hotel like the Iroquois. The towels, while clean, were noticeably dingy, which was surprising given the hotel’s positioning and price point. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Midtown and within walking distance of major attractions such as Rockefeller Center and Times Square, making it very convenient to get around. Overall, while the staff and location were strong positives, the experience fell short of expectations for the price. I would rate the hotel a 6/10.
