Would give it 5 ...

Would give it 5 stars but the lobby is under renovations and there is only 1 lift currently. Once they are done I'm sure it will be much better

Friendly reception staff, great ...

Friendly reception staff, great location and the room was comfortable and clean. Little dark in the room as our view was onto a wall but as we were up and out early / back late it didnt really matter. Only issue we could say is the breakfast, we only ended up using it twice in our ten dau stay, you can only choose from 4 items on the menu, and the choice wasn't very exciting. The experiences weren't relaxing either as breakfast staff aren't relaxed and on our second visit whilst literally just starting to eat the 'bill' was brought to us and we were told we could put our tip in there. There is so many nice places to try in New York you are better off not including breakfast and exploring.
