It's a shame there ...

It's a shame there is a few building works going on, however the staff are very friendly and attentive, the room is nice although a tight squeeze in some places.

The good: Location, and ...

The good: Location, and amazingly helpful staff. The bad: tiny rooms (even by NY standard), no coffee maker in the room, and one, slow elevator. This is NOT a 4 star hotel.
