One Of The Best Luxury Hotels In New York City

We just left the hotel and after a10-day stay and I can only describe our experience as exceptional. Jay at the front desk was fantastic. We needed to extend our stay by one day and he helped us make it a smooth and easy adjustment with no room switch needed. Benjamin was bright, sunny, and enjoyable each morning at breakfast. If you need any city recommendations, he's your guy. Kenneth is your guy for any afternoon or evening need. Great hotel, fantastic staff.

Great hotel, great service, super clean! So close to Times Square, Central Station, and Central Park.

Great location, small but clean and comfortable room with all the little luxuries. Slippers, magnifying mirror, suitcase stand, TV with disinfected remote, notepad and pencil, vanity set, bathrobe, large shower, complimentary fruit and water upon check-in, and all the other little things that most hotels forgo now. Breakfast was included in the rate and plentiful. Standout is the service though: everything was done with a warm, attentive touch. Would return just for that alone but also had a lovely time otherwise. What a gem of a place. Thank you so much!
