One Of The Best Luxury Hotels In New York City

We took a quick family trip to NYC to see a Broadway show and spend the day exploring, and The Iroquois Hotel turned out to be absolutely perfect for us. From the moment we walked in, the beautiful 60s deco-style lobby made us feel welcome. A big bowl of fresh oranges and chilled bottled water were always available at the front desk, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. They offered excellent tips and recommendations for exploring Manhattan. The entire hotel, including our rooms, was spotless. Our rooms were peaceful and quiet, with incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. The heated bathroom floors and plush bathrobes were a luxurious touch we all appreciated. The location is ideal—close enough to walk to Broadway shows, Central Park, Times Square, the subway, and Fifth Avenue shopping, yet just far enough from the busiest streets to feel calm and safe. We couldn’t recommend The Iroquois more highly and would absolutely stay here again!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would! Location is perfect for easy access to everything in midtown, situated between Times Square and Fifth Avenue. The property is immaculately maintained, and every person I encountered on the staff was "over the top" accommodating. I will definitely make this my home base on future visits to NYC.

We stayed for 5 wonderful nights last week! Hotel location is perfect! We arrived 30 mins before checkin but our room wasn't ready. We were given x2 vouchers for a free drink at the bar which we appreciated! The bar man was grumpy which was a shame as all other staff were great. Special shout out to Ben, who greeted us for breakfast, gave recommendations, coupons and is a real asset to your hotel! Room was great, shower powerful, only issue was the bathroom door that got badly stuck every time its closed. Room was super quiet we heard nothing outside or in the hallway. Beds comfy and slept so well. House keeper came in every day and 1 evening someone closed our curtains and a left a chocolate but only once. A little goodie bag was left for me when my husband told the hotel it was my birthday. Breakfast was fab, croissant and hot muffin with bacon and cheese etc. Option for take away and coffee too along with fruit. Taxi organised when we wanted to leave. Reception offer free water just ask. And there is a fruit bowl you can help your self too. There is a front bar but a beautiful back bar too. See pictures. Highly recommend.
