The best hotel in ...

The best hotel in NYC! My sisters and I had a king suite with an adjoining king room. Lots of space for 3 people. The staff was incredibly accommodating - even going so far as to replace a mug that housekeeping accidentally broke with an exact replica. We were blown away. Beds were comfy, bathrooms spacious. I can hardly wait to stay again!

There are lots of ...

There are lots of “4-star” hotels. This one gets 5 from me because it’s a great balance of space and people. The staff was incredible. They were very gracious and easy to be with. The king room on the top floor was perfect. Overpriced mini bar but who cares. Basic room but super comfortable where it counts. I’d stay here again for sure.
