This is our second time we've stayed here. In 3 years. We came back because of the location & the staff are so great every time we come in & go out! Nerida & Kevin Stanton

Great hotel just off ...

Great hotel just off the hustle and bustle of Times Square. Staff are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely go back and would recommend. Dx

We stayed at the ...

We stayed at the iroquois this week, we had a suite, great value, great room, and a great service. Staff were very professional and helped us with restaurant bookings, navigating the subway, even with trying to track down our lost camera in a yellow taxi, They really went above and beyond and made our stay painless.. Just to give a bit for detail on what we got... Our suite had a lounge area, bedroom, and bathroom with separate shower and bath with built in water jets (not bubbles but very relaxing after walking all over manhattan).. Lounge and bedroom are about the same size (spacious) and very nicely decorated. TV in lounge and bedroom with all the channels you could need (watch out for the default NewYork1 news channel - it's repetitiveness is initially useful but quickly gets annoying haha), there was even an iPod dock for blasting out the tunes... The room also came with a stocked minifridge and as you'd expect they make a good markup if you are in need of a snack. Also has the usual amenities like room service, morning news papers, daily weather notice, and the maid left little chocolates on the bed. Oh and the bed was absolute heaven !! The Iroquois has a popular restaurant and a quaint little cocktail bar, we didn't sample the food sadly as wanted to eat out in each section of manhattan, but the food looked superb. We did go for a few warm up cocktails before going out and the bar staff were very creative. We did notice they don't stay open too late (about 11:30 if I remember rightly) which was a shame if you wanted somewhere easy to have a nightcap. But I think drinks then became available through roomservice. The Iroquois is also perfectly situated, literally a couple blocks from Byrant Park, Grand Central, Times Square and Broadway. Perfect location for the subway too as it's on the express route so didn't limit which trains we could get in all directions. Overall I would highly recommend the Iroquois Hotel, and we would definitely stay there again..
