Best Best Best Staff & Managers.👍👍👍👍👍 David, one of the Managers is Simply AWESOME 👌👍👍👍 Tiffany Lal, Another Manager is Simply Amazing, Kind, Beautiful, Accomodating & Simply Splendid👍👍👍👍 We Booked a Package (flight, Hotel) through a 3rd Party & This Never Affected Our Service, We Received VIP Treatment Throughout Our Stay🙏🙏🙏 This Hotel is a 4 Star It Deserves to be 100 Stars!!! This was so much fun! Stayed there 2017/2018 new years and I sometimes forget the great service Americans give. I know it's probably mostly for tips, but it adds to the experience! Reception was welcoming, porters fantastic, maintenance helpful, room service amazing!! It's in a great tourist location close to Times Square and good food and shopping and Grand Central Station. Lovely decor, ok sized rooms, I really enjoyed this boutique-y kind of hotel
