One Of The Best Luxury Hotels In New York City

Lovely classy hotel with lovely selfcontained rooms. Good customer service at the reception. Breakast was a little different; it was limited with very few choices. Good quality, though. Besides one jolly, fun waiter who explained what was available for breakfast, the others in the breakfast room need to smile a little. We enjoyed our stay there.

The two individuals at the front desk who checked us in were incredible, really nice and made our stay really special!! We just sold our apartment in NY, it was our last night in the city and we were celebrating a bittersweet ending. When they learned this, they upgraded us to an INCREDIBLE room. The service was better than what I’ve received at some 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at. I LOVED the room and the entire property was very well maintained and clean. Will definitely stay here the next time I’m in New York! Thank you!!!
