Nestled on a quiet, tree-lined street, the hotel offers the rare combination of tranquility and convenience. You're just steps away from Bryant Park, Times Square, and Grand Central Terminal, yet the peaceful surroundings make it easy to forget you're in the heart of Midtown. I felt completely safe walking around the neighborhood at any hour. Service: The staff truly set this hotel apart. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived, and that hospitality continued throughout my stay. A very nice hotel .. in a great location. Rooms very nice but could do with facilities to make a hot drink. Would recommend to a friend.
