The staff, the room ...

The staff, the room accommodations are perfect. THE concierge, Vanessa, was amazing, and went the extra mile to assist us, as well as all the other guests .Everything is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The accessible room is perfect; Large enough to accommodate an electric wheelchair, clutter free, bathroom perfect. Our only concern was the ramp into the hotel, which I was just informed was about to be made permanent and ADA compliant. Overall, we highly recommend the Iroquois Hotel.

Perfect for myself and ...

Perfect for myself and my friend having a girlie trip. Our room (1108) was lovely and clean, 2 big comfortable beds and fluffy pillows, no outside noise, room temp control brilliant not to mention the little added extras like robes, toiletries etc. Great location near Times Square and central station. Would definitely go back to this hotel. The staff were all so helpful and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, Vanessa and Bill on the concierge desk were a great help with information and recommendations. Happy customers!
