A 4/5 night stay ...

A 4/5 night stay over Christmas. One of the best hotel concierges I've experienced. Has an old-style NYC feeling (perfect for Christmas). Well priced and perfect tourist location. Recommend.

Nice hotel and location. ...

Nice hotel and location. All staff were pleasant. Breakfast was poor. High volume of plastic waste and limited choices. Microwave breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, fruit, juice, and coffee. Coffee was exceptionally bad. Didn't smell like coffee. There are some near by coffee shops that hit the mark though. FYI: Room did not have a fridge for personal items on arrival, only for hotel vending. An additional fridge can be requested. However, this does no favors to the small size of the room.
