Service was prompt and ...

Service was prompt and polite, very helpful with any questions. They remember who you are and they never fail to say 'Hello' or 'Welcome back' with a genuine smile. The room we stayed in was small and cute, it felt like being at home, and the shower water pressure was amazing, especially with the waterfall head like that. The bed was that perfect type of firm, I have relatively sensitive back and hips, but unlike most hotels, I didn't wake up in pain once. The first time I've ever left a review for a hotel, and we'll never stay anywhere else other than The Iroquois for future trips.
