One Of The Best Luxury Hotels In New York City

A home in NYC !! The first night when we arrived Orlando could not find the right room with our reservation. Yomaly the manager helped us to find a great room with street side view. Cameron the concierge is also very friendly & helpful. We really appreciated. It’s a cute boutique hotel in the center of NYC with warm and helpful staffs. We’ll be back 😊

I honestly cannot fault this hotel! Spotless clean, with polite and helpful staff and a quiet, refined atmosphere. It is perfectly placed as it is literally in the heart of everthing, but still feels like a cosy little bolt-hole as soon as you're inside. It's calming, comfortable, convenient and stylish. You can keep to yourself, or wander down to the very good bar (there's actually two, and we liked the restaraunt bar best) and chat with many guests who are on their third, fourth or fifth stay at this well kept secret of a place. Gregory's coffee right across the street and the red flame diner a couple of doors down make it easy to set yourself up for a day in the city, while the complimentary hot drinks in the lobby make it the perfect place to come back to when you've worn yourself out. We had room 908 (family room with two double beds) and it was perfect for our needs. The beds are comfy, the bathroom was amazing and the room itself was well sized and looked fantastic. You don't get a view with this hotel, and in our opinion that small fact wasn't enough to detract from the many wonderfull things that this place has to offer. We'll definitely be back.

Fizemos um upgrade no check-in e nos deram um quarto as 10:00am. Valeu a pena não só pelo early check-in, mas pelo quarto ser totalmente novo, reformado, e amplo, coisa rara em NYC. Ótimo atendimento. Quarto limpo. Localização ótima para quem quer ficar próximo da Times Square, 5th Ave. e Central Park.
