One Of The Best Luxury Hotels In New York City

10/5. Our experience at this hotel was wonderful. Conveniently located near many attractions but still very quiet and away from the craziness. The customer service was great, the grab and go breakfast was delicious, and the cocktails were the best I have ever had. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to New York City.

It was my 5th (or 6th...? I've lost the count already lol) time staying at The Iroquois New York and I doubt if I'd ever want to stay at another hotel when I visit NYC in the foreseeable future. This hotel might seem small and a bit outdated on the outside but on the inside, it's been fully renovated and has everything you are looking for. Surely there is no such hotel that is "perfect," but the staff members here are all amazing and they quickly attend to your needs. Given COVID hasn't been away from us yet, the hotel needs to make a lot of adjustments to their services but sure enough, all the staff members are always happy to accommodate, you just need to speak to them. I want to give a shoutout to David and Tom who are the best hotel staff/managers I have ever met. They make you feel like you're staying not just at home, but with a group of longtime friends. Beyond the hotel itself, its location is hard to beat. It's close to Brant Park and TSQ but it prevents you from getting stuck in the crowds. Tons of amazing food options around so you'll never run out of treats. I can't wait to go back again, and hopefully as soon as possible. :)

This was so much fun! Stayed there 2017/2018 new years and I sometimes forget the great service Americans give. I know it's probably mostly for tips, but it adds to the experience! Reception was welcoming, porters fantastic, maintenance helpful, room service amazing!! It's in a great tourist location close to Times Square and good food and shopping and Grand Central Station. Lovely decor, ok sized rooms, I really enjoyed this boutique-y kind of hotel
