One Of The Best Luxury Hotels In New York City

L'hôtel est trés bien situé avec la gare et le metro à moins de 10 minutes. C'est un hôtel élégant et à taille humaine. Le personnel est sympathique et le soin propreté efficace . Cependant, le petit-déjeuner inclus est limité et oblige aux pourboires et surtout malgré les Fees réglées à mon voyagiste et le voucher en anglais on m'a réclamé de payer à nouveau ceux-ci (empreinte carte). Si la situation est réglée de manière positive (250 euros) je changerais mon avis.

Friendly reception staff, great location and the room was comfortable and clean. Little dark in the room as our view was onto a wall but as we were up and out early / back late it didnt really matter. Only issue we could say is the breakfast, we only ended up using it twice in our ten dau stay, you can only choose from 4 items on the menu, and the choice wasn't very exciting. The experiences weren't relaxing either as breakfast staff aren't relaxed and on our second visit whilst literally just starting to eat the 'bill' was brought to us and we were told we could put our tip in there. There is so many nice places to try in New York you are better off not including breakfast and exploring.

Most of my stay here was enjoyable. My only complaint was the Air Conditioning in my room. I reported it to the front desk multiple times. They did send someone up twice and due to the lower temperatures at the time of my visit, the room was mostly comfortable. Unfortunately, the Air Conditioning stopped working overnight both times it was fixed. The manager did waive service fees when I checked out. It was centrally located to Times Square and the Theatre District. My room was clean and the bed comfortable. I would say here again despite the issues with Air Conditioning.
