Jay, Carlos, Benjamin, the entire team make you feel so welcome. Clean and quiet room just off Times Square. This hotel is a gem. This is my favorite place to stay in NYC for the atmosphere, location, and 5-star service.

Elegant, central, especially if ...

Elegant, central, especially if you want to see broadway or theater, or if you want access to the metro to most things in the city. Good in house restaurant and bar and the morning breakfast was filling and tasty!

Absolutely beautiful and charming ...

Absolutely beautiful and charming hotel. Loved the speakeasy restaurant and bar. The location is perfect and convenient—close to both Central Park, MOMA—plus, the rooms are stunningly decorated with unique, fashionable photographs history. Will definitely stay again!
