Small hotel with a ...

Small hotel with a good restaurant and excellent staff, located between Times Square and Fifth Avenue. Relatively few amenities apart from a charming library which hosts a weekly free cheese and wine soiree for guests. Rooms are cosy rather than spacious and a little dark, but well-appointed. TV is a little quirky.
