The rooms are smaller than standard US, but are really nicely done and clean and have a nice posh historic atmosphere. One of the only hotels we have stayed recently where the FREE Wifi worked flawlessly with multiple devices, a lot of other hotels could learn from this. The staff is really nice and helpful as well. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay there again

I love this place. It is really nice and everything we could possibly ask for was there. Free wifi and sauna with fitness center (not sure if these are free) were there as well. The hotel is a bit small but that doesn't make it bad or anything. One thing that I didn't like was furniture but that didn't ruin the overall experienc

The room was beautiful, the bed very comfortable and the staff was incredible. On our first night there my husband became ill. I called the front desk, who called 911 and we were whisked off to the ER. Upon our return, the manager arranged for a cab for us to come back to the hotel and ordered tea and toast for my husband. We were there for four days and each day they called to see if we needed anything. We could not have been treated any kinder or nicer. Thank you so much! Should we return to New York we most certainly will stay again at the Iroquois, and praise them to any of our friends who might make the trip in the future
