One Of The Best Luxury Hotels In New York City

The staff, the room accommodations are perfect. THE concierge, Vanessa, was amazing, and went the extra mile to assist us, as well as all the other guests .Everything is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The accessible room is perfect; Large enough to accommodate an electric wheelchair, clutter free, bathroom perfect. Our only concern was the ramp into the hotel, which I was just informed was about to be made permanent and ADA compliant. Overall, we highly recommend the Iroquois Hotel.

Easy access to Time Square and a walk to most plays!

This front desk team was outstanding! They helped me easily set up credit card authorization and were incredibly quick to help me fix / extend a reservation for an extra night without having to move the client out of the room! They even initiated changing the rate of my package when they learned we wouldn’t be needing the breakfast portion of our rate! I would definitely recommend choosing this hotel for lodging clients, you can really rely that this team will have your back! Thanks guys!
