Part of the Trifecta

Staying at The Iroquois was part of an anniversary trip to see Dear Evan Hansen and dinner at Daniella's. The Iroquois was everything we hoped it would be : upscale, with attention to detail, welcoming, impeccably clean and comfortable ! The staff was on top of their game as well. We'll return

Quiet hotel, close to everything

Quiet, small hotel. Stay very pleasant. Cute, small hotel- all accessories/necessities needed are available. Great area- just a block away from the hustle and bustle. Location was ideal- not far from Grand Central, also across from parking garage. So either which was is perfect in accommodating your travel preference. Hotel room was small but manageable- good size bathroom which I prefer to compromise some room space for. Hotel also very clean. Only complaint is there is just 1 elevator which runs slow when trying to accommodate 12 floors of guests

Staff friendly and helpful, rooms great

Stayed here two days in August. Staff went out of their way after they found out I was celebrating a birthday, but overall were all friendly and helpful (even cleaning staff). Room was very clean and well-kept. Location great. Single elevator for 12 floors not so great (LONG waits at times), and voucher for "breakfast" next door was nothing more than pastry and coffee -- chintzy for an expensive hotel. I'd definitely stay there again, but expect to pay a premium. Kudos to management for staff training, though -- best I've seen in NYC so far
