News & Notes
A Note from Scott Geres, General ManagerMany of you know that I can usually be found out on the sidewalk or in the lobby meeting and greeting the guests. Perhaps we have even met. I like to think that personal contact is what sets the Iroquois apart from other hotels in Manhattan. If you’ve stayed with us before then you also know that we never stop trying to make this the best hotel and the best hotel experience for you. With that in mind, I’m really pleased to share two developments; we have added i-Home i-Pod docking stations to each guestroom and we are remodeling our lobby.
While we love the music of the city that never sleeps we realize that you may want to enjoy some music of your own in the sanctuary of your room. Bring along your i-Pod or mp3 player the next time you visit and truly make the Iroquois experience your own.
In July we will be changing the face of our lobby to update it and make it feel like the new Iroquois that you have gotten to know through our guestrooms and Triomphe restaurant. Check back here for news and photos.
And finally, I encourage you to become a Gold Guest so that you can make the most of your stays. Earn points for complimentary nights, upgrades and special gifts. Just another way that we say “thank you” to you for your patronage.
See you in the lobby,
